HOW DOES THE SERVICE WORK ?

Our concierge staff has been professionally trained to coordinate the services listed in our Directory Of Services. As a valued Intel team member, you can direct all your inquires & requests through our Personal Concierge Service Desk, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your Personal Concierge Access Card indicates the methods of access (phone, fax, email, text message & web) to our Concierge Service Center, and provides your Concierge Access ID code (required when placing a request).

HOW MUCH IS MY MONTHLY ALLOWANCE ?

Your Intel spending allowance for the duration of the program (which can be used towards any of the "approved" services) will be: $1,000.00 / month *

* Your allowance would be based on a use it or lose it system (no funds may be carried over to the following month), however at the beginning of each month your spending limit will "reset" to $1,000.00.

You may contact your Personal Concierge team to place your inquiries & requests by phone, text message, fax, email, and direct web access, the details of which are listed below, in your Directory of Services, and on your Personal Concierge Access Cards.
